drilling helper

Vine Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Driller Helper to provide hands-on and labor-intensive support to Lead Driller on various geotechnical drilling projects. Driller Helper will assist in the mobilization/demobilization of drilling equipment and tooling as directed, assist Lead Driller in daily drilling operations of rig, perform and assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, tooling, and work area as required.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old or older.

• Have a solid commitment to safety

• Pass a pre-employment background check physical, motor vehicle record, and drug screening

• Understand the nature of hard work

• Ability to work early and/or extended hours when a project requires

• Be able to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly

• Communicate and problem solve

• Must be punctual and reliable

Experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Must have a valid driver’s license with insurable driving history.

• Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work

• Must be willing to work some weekends and work some shifts out of town

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting $20 per hour
